Wine made from choice Trebbiano and Malvasia di Candia grapes grown in the province of Rome. This wine offers a fresh fruity bouquet and dry flavor with a slightly tart aftertaste. It is particularly suited for fish and white meats and should be served chilled to 10 °C.
