Rosatello del Golfo Lazio IGP
This wine is made from the white fermentation of Merlot and Sangiovese grapes, fermenting the must at a controlled temperature. The bright pink color, delicate aroma and acidity approaching this wine at all meals, especially rice, dried beef and poultry. Serve at a temperature of 12-14 ° C and uncork at the moment of consumption.
