Produced of Merlot grapes and fermentation at carbonic maceration makes this Novello, young and dynamic wine of bright colour, intense and with a nice taste typical of very young wine. This first wine-making, it’s a fine companion for first courses, fish of deep flavour, meats, cheese and roast chestnut. Serve at cellar temperature of 14-16°C.
